Houston-raised and music-obsessed, Sunshine believes music is therapy, healing, and one of life’s greatest connectors. Her passion for discovering great music and sharing it with others led her to create Gumbo Grooves, a show designed to bring listeners a rich blend of sounds, styles, and musical experiences. Behind the scenes, Sunshine serves as a Music Curator, Assistant Programmer, and Promotions Team member for On The Beat Radio, helping shape playlists, support station programming, and connect the station with its growing audience. Known for her kind spirit, thoughtful nature, and dedication to the team, Sunshine approaches every opportunity with authenticity and heart. As she continues to grow within the station, she is preparing for an exciting future behind the microphone as an on-air personality.
